Can I open a credit account?
Yes, we open credit accounts for regular customers who are craftsmen and contractors. Just visit our store with a copy of your ID and tax certificate.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer special pricing for large orders. Discount rates vary based on quantity and product category.
Which brands are you an authorized dealer for?
We are authorized dealers for Fırat, SDK, DYO, Marshall, Pamukkale, Catpower, and KaleKim brands. We work with trusted brands in plumbing, paint, construction chemicals, and hand tools.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available for Ayvalık center, Altınova, and Cunda if orders are placed by 14:00. Gömeç and Burhaniye areas are delivered within 1-2 business days. Heavy materials (cement, pipes, etc.) are delivered free of charge.
What are your return and exchange policy?
For unopened products, you can return or exchange within 14 days with your receipt. Custom-made products like mixed paint and cut materials are outside the return scope.
Are your product prices inclusive of VAT?
All our prices include VAT—no additional taxes or hidden charges. Contact us for special pricing on bulk purchases.
Can you help me choose materials?
Of course! Our experienced team will help you choose the right materials for your project.
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 18:30. We are closed on Sundays.
Can I place an online order?
You can add products from our website to your cart and place orders via WhatsApp.
Are your product stocks up to date?
Yes, our stock information is updated in sync with our store. You can see "In Stock" or remaining quantity on product pages. For out-of-stock items, contact us via WhatsApp — we'll help you learn the supply time.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver to Ayvalık center, Altınova, Cunda, Gömeç, and Burhaniye. Same-day delivery applies to Ayvalık center. Other areas are delivered within 1-2 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card (single payment and installments), bank transfer/EFT, and credit account. We issue invoices for corporate customers. Visit our store to open a credit account.
Where can I find technical information about products?
Technical specifications are available on product detail pages. For more detailed information, you can call our store or ask via WhatsApp. Material guides are also available on our blog.
What materials should I buy for my summer house maintenance?
